1. Overview & Core Philosophy

Dancing Labs ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the Pocket Suite mobile application for iOS and Android.

Pocket Suite is engineered as an offline-first, zero-knowledge utility suite. All core utility calculations (Smart EMI amortization, currency formatting, 3D coin toss physics, world clock time offsets, smart calculator, compass, leveler, and stopwatch) execute completely on your local device. We do not require account registration and we never collect, store, or sell your Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

2. Data Collection & Device Sandboxing

We believe in radical data minimization:

• No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contacts.
• Local Data Storage: Any custom saved items (e.g. World Clock custom friend locations, calculator history, or loan calculations) are stored solely within your device's private sandboxed application storage.
• Optional Google Drive Backup: If you explicitly choose to use the cloud backup feature, the app interacts directly with your personal Google Drive via the restricted drive.appdata sandbox. Dancing Labs has no access to your Google credentials or your backup files.
• Camera & Sensor Usage:
  • Camera: Used exclusively in real-time when you open the QR Scanner or Pocket Torch. No camera images or video frames are recorded, saved, or transmitted to any server.
  • Sensors (Accelerometer & Magnetometer): Used solely to drive the 3D compass rose and dead-level bubble animation while the respective screen is active. Sensors are immediately unregistered upon backgrounding or exiting the screen.

3. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

Pocket Suite displays non-intrusive banner and occasional interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support free access for all users worldwide.

Google AdMob may process non-personal diagnostic and advertising metadata in compliance with platform developer guidelines:

• Identifiers: Mobile Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
• Diagnostics: App crash logs, ANR reports, and general performance metrics.
• Coarse Location: General country/city level signals derived from IP address for localized ad serving.

AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) & SKAdNetwork Compliance: On iOS, Pocket Suite does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. Advertisements are served using contextual signals and Apple's privacy-safe SKAdNetwork API.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Pocket Suite is designed for general audiences and utility planning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The app does not include chat rooms, user forums, or social networking features.

5. Educational & Planning Calculators Disclaimer

All financial calculators provided in Pocket Suite (such as the Smart EMI Amortization calculator) are educational and planning estimation tools. Dancing Labs is not a financial institution, bank, or registered investment advisor. Calculations do not constitute an official loan agreement or guarantee.
